AMG Hospitality Solutions – Terms of Service
Effective Date: July 20th 2025


1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the AMG Hospitality Solutions website or engaging with our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our website or services.


2. Services Provided

AMG Hospitality Solutions provides consulting services for restaurants and event venues, including but not limited to:

  • Sales strategy and freelance sales support

  • Event sales systems and private booking optimization

  • Workflow and operational automation

  • Cost control analysis

  • Digital tool setup and integration

  • Team training and performance coaching

Specific deliverables and timelines will be outlined in your signed service agreement or proposal.


3. Payment Terms

All payment terms, billing frequency, and applicable taxes will be outlined in a separate client agreement or invoice. AMG Hospitality Solutions reserves the right to revise pricing for additional services requested beyond the initial scope.

Late payments may be subject to a 5% monthly late fee unless otherwise specified in the agreement.


4. Cancellation & Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice according to the terms in the service agreement. If termination occurs mid-project, clients will be billed for all work completed to date.


5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information, trade secrets, or sensitive business data exchanged during the engagement, unless disclosure is required by law.


6. Intellectual Property

All content, tools, training materials, systems, and frameworks developed or provided by AMG Hospitality Solutions remain the intellectual property of AMG Hospitality Solutions unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.


7. Limitation of Liability

AMG Hospitality Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. Total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for services rendered.


8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.


9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
